Large, stately room with queen-size oak bed located on the first floor. Seating area, antique wood furnishings, including an oak armoire, all in a tailored setting of warm browns and French blue. Was originally the Colonel’s private study. Private bath with shower/tub. $132 plus tax***

Master suite with king-size antique mahogany bed. Soft peach overtones with floral accents and lace. Seating area with velvet-cushioned balloon back chairs and antique gate-leg table. Romantic, relaxing – truly the ‘Master’ room. Spacious private bath with two-person Jacuzzi soaking tub. $149 plus tax***

Spacious and cheerful room with queen-size bed. 'Columbine' blue walls with white wicker furnishings and splashes of floral colors invoke a relaxing Victorian garden atmosphere. Private bath with shower. $128 plus tax***

Charming, smaller room with full-size antique brass bed. Soft sage green walls with lavender and floral accents offer a soothing atmosphere – reminiscent of that ‘special’ room at Grandma’s. Private bath with shower. $114 plus tax***

Policies

  • Check-in is 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m. Please make prior arrangements for late arrivals or departures.

  • Reservations will be confirmed with payment in full for a one-night stay or 50% deposit for two or more nights by personal check, or money order. Balance is due upon arrival; payment may be made by personal check, cash or traveler's check (we do not process credit cards).

  • Cancellations are subject to a $10.00 service charge and should be no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date to ensure a full refund. Otherwise, a refund will be issued only if the room can be rebooked. Early departures are not refundable.

  • A full breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Coffee, tea and juice is available at 7:00 a.m. for early risers. Breakfast includes home-baked breads, pastries & muffins, breakfast entrée of the day and fresh fruit.

  • We will accommodate guests’ special dietary needs if requested.

  • Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets; Bailey, the cat, is in residence.

  • Children are welcome on a limited basis. Please call to make special arrangements.

  • Sugar Hill Manor is smoke-free.

  • Rates are based upon double occupancy. There is an extra charge for additional person(s) in a room - rollaway cots are available. Weekly rates are available for extended stays

  • We reserve the right to require a minimum stay.
